New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center

The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. This famous medical institu­tion includes Cornell University Medical College and The New York Hospital, the oldest hospital in New York City and the second oldest in the nation. It was founded in 1771 under the royal charter issued by George III. Today, it is the heart of a medical-care complex that offers treatment for the full range of illnesses from the simplest to the most serious and treats patients from all parts of the globe.
