Day Line Pier 81—This pier, buiit in 1968, offers convenient parking right on the pier for Day Line passengers. The Dayliner is the largest and finest river boat built in America this generation. It carries thousands of excursioners up the historic Hudson River to Bear Mountain State Park, the United States Military Academy at West Point, and sails to the Poughkeepsie Bridge and back—a 150 mile restful trip. Season commences Decoration Day weekend and terminates in mid-September.

 One of the largest and most modern ship repairing organizations on the East Coast of the United States, Bethlehem Steel Company's Hoboken Yard encom­passes about 45 acres of prime waterfront area, including about 1,700 feet of frontage on the Hudson River. More than 20 average-size ocean-going vessels can be handled within its confines.
